A. S. Colworth lives in Winchester, England with his three dogs and an every growing brood of animals.
He fell in love with fantasy from a young age and has had trouble thinking of anything else since. He was always fascinated in the world building of these epic worlds and found himself spending far too long figuring out which character was related to who and the histories of these magical realms.
Dreams of the Fallen is his debut series and begins with “Shadows of a Crippled Empire”.
I love reading books by authors like Brandon Sanderson and Joe Abercrombie, and getting lost in other worlds.
In the real world I like to spend my time looking after the animals I’ve accumulated. So far they consist of dogs, chickens and rabbits.
I still remember the first time I saw the Dark Crystal. “Another world, another time…” That dark, outer worldly atmosphere and the magical world so different from our own. As I grew older my obsession turned to books such as “The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter”.
I couldn’t help but dream of writing my own stories…
